Service Description

Proceed with purchasing our full Design & Build service for your new bespoke custom designed residence. We design it, we build it. Your delight is GUARANTEED. Once we complete our Needs & Aspirations Review ( price is included in this deposit) we will confirm the full extent of our Terms and Conditions. This initial payment is only a deposit to reserve studio time with the specific design team that will be allocated to your new residence. We will thereafter forward you our contract for your review and acceptance, this will outline what you will pay in total and our terms and conditions. On average our full design fee for a custom design residence is a minimum of £50,000 plus VAT. For any reason you do not wish to proceed we will only charge you the cost of our Needs & Aspirations Review which you then are free to use with any design team.
