Our proven Needs & Aspirations consultation is fundamental to all projects, is what we insist all our customers commit to it. Our philosophy is its all about people, so that is where we start. So before committing you to the very significant financial investment of a full design service, for the very significant investment in a new residence, we will not proceed until we have completed this relatively inexpensive yet crucial first step in the process. THIS MAY PROVE TO BE THE MOST VALUABLE £1000 YOU SPEND, EVER! By taking the correct approach to expertly investigate, evaluate and understand who this delight filled residence we will be expertly designing and building for, i.e. all the end users. Only then can we go forward with necessary detailed knowledge of you that is required to craft such a bespoke custom residence that will give you practicality, delight and durability for many years to come. Our bespoke process includes, Our 10 page Needs and Aspirations questionnaire. A OS map extract, reusable for local authority permissions. Our desk top site analysis study. A sunpath study. A right to light study. A project roadmap of the processes to come. The timeline to expect. An example project cash flow projection. A guide to the permissions legally required to be obtained. A budgetary expectation for your needs and aspirations from our questionnaire. We conclude all of this with our 15 page report and a 30 min telephone consultation completion review with you once you have had time to digest our report in full. The above process will take 2 - 4 weeks to complete.
